Tsuji, the Michelin chef, conducted his own research to maximize the flavor of the ingredients, and collaborated with E.C. Brain, who employed skilled Japanese craftsmen to bring the design to life, to create a professional-grade frying pan used by authentic chefs, which is the “5 Star Gourmet TSUJI Iron Frying Pan”.This amazing frying pan uses a shocking material of pure iron at 99.9%, with a stunning heat conductivity that reaches 200℃ in just 31 seconds, which prevents excess moisture from returning to the ingredients and achieves a crispy exterior and juicy interior. Moreover, despite being made of iron, it is surprisingly lightweight at approximately 1kg.

Tetsuya Tsuji

After training at the Tsuji Culinary Institute in France, he spent 8 years at the 3 Michelin star restaurant “Hiramatsu” and 3 years at the restaurant of the 5 star “La Suite Hotel”, pursuing his culinary skills.
