Born in San Pedro Sula, Honduras, and raised in Northern Virginia, Martinez grew up surrounded by the Washington metropolitan region’s diverse business environment. As a teenager, he worked in construction and remodeling before later working in commercial roofing with CentiMark. Outside of work, Martinez developed interests across business strategy, psychology, history, technology, negotiation, communication, artificial intelligence, and human behavior.

Today, Martinez leads Aerelion Systems, where his approach begins with studying the operation before recommending technology.
