Happiness Project to Become World’s Largest Happiness Resource Platform
The Happiness Project is a non-profit charitable organization, currently in its incubation phase building the world’s largest and totally free online hub empowering people to experience greater levels of happiness. By providing no-cost access to world-class resources, tools, programs, courses and products, users are able to grow in self-discovery and connection with purpose. This is the formula for achieving happiness and overall well-being.
The vast library of resources will consist of evidence-based solutions and offerings designed by many various experts, including Dr. BJ Fogg (Behavior Design Lab at Stanford University), Tony Robbins (the Nation’s Top Life & Business Strategist at TonyRobbins.com), Dr. Laura Kubzansky (Center for Health & Happiness at Harvard University), Dr. Sherry Turkle (Social Science & Technology at MIT), and Dr. Joe Dispenza.
As users purse personal transformation, they have opportunities to connect and engage with others on similar journeys (online & offline), thus mobilizing individuals to make an even greater difference in the world around them. These engaging and supporting programs will assist and enable Happiness Project community members to employ generosity, grant wishes, offer public acknowledgements & recognitions, build tribes, host others, gatherings, and anything to bring people together building a strong bonding spirit.
The approach offers various scientific solutions, options and offerings which have been researched and examined… for example: meditations, depression, isolation, substance abuse, addictions – (internet pornography, video gaming, gambling, technology, etc.), habits and lifestyle improvements – (diet, exercise, etc.), bereavement, peer to peer, counseling, telehealth, etc.
The charity was founded in 2004 with the early years focusing on the environment and clean water. Primarily manufacturing and distributing a $9 water-filter for third world countries where water was the primary cause of death. It then phased into researching addiction that was caused by unhappiness, which evolved into the Happiness Project due to declining mental health throughout the world.
During this early incubation phase early seed donors of the Happiness Project concept have included Walmart, Amazon, Microsoft, Google and McKenzie Scott (Bezos).
